For feedback, I could not be more pleased with the whole process – everyone was completely professional and polite. They arrived on time, continuously worked throughout the day, explaining what they were doing and answering my numerous questions. Whenever maintenance is due, if possible, I’d like Noah to do the maintenance.
Now the technology challenged me tries to learn how everything operates. Noah was very patient, explaining how the system operates, but for those challenged by technology, it’s a work in progress. Seems the easiest thing to do is either increase or decrease the temperature, as needed. Various modes, blades, angles, symbols? I’m sure Noah is shaking his head; I told him I was putting him on speed dial. 😊
