“Noah is great! We renovated our condo 3+ years ago and the split/zoned system never worked properly. The company that installed the system came back to service at least 6-8 times over the past 3 years but never could solve the problem. Your service technician, Noah, came out and wishing an hour or so determined that the damper for the back zone was not functioning. For feedback, I could not be more pleased with the whole process – everyone was completely professional and polite. Whenever maintenance is due, if possible, I’d like Noah to do the maintenance.
Now the technology challenged me tries to learn how everything operates. Noah was very patient, explaining how the system operates, but for those challenged by technology, it’s a work in progress. Seems the easiest thing to do is either increase or decrease the temperature, as needed. Various modes, blades, angles, symbols? I’m sure Noah is shaking his head; I told him I was putting him on speed dial.
