Clean Heat RI Heat Pump Incentive Program
Clean Heat RI helps residents switch from fossil fuel heating and inefficient cooling to clean, energy-efficient heat pumps for both heating and cooling. A new CHRI program for low- to moderate-income RI homeowners will cover 60% of the cost to install energy efficient heat pump systems (up to $11,600) in their homes.
