John D. Bisbano joined OSA as a Mechanical Engineer in 2023. He has over 40 years of engineering experience; he earned a BSEE in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and then continued his education at Northeastern University with a focus on HVAC, Refrigeration Systems, and Controls. Since then, he has continuously expanded his skill set and knowledge base, keeping pace with evolving technologies and methodologies.

John is deeply committed to mentorship and knowledge sharing. He is on the Advisory Board of the Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School and is a Battleship Cove volunteer, helping to restore the vintage electronic systems aboard the *USS Massachusetts (BB59)* and *USS Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr.* *(DD850).*
