“I met this team at the Home Show in April at the RI Conv Center, set up appointment to give me an estimate on replacing my ac unit. I met the sales team member Chris Chartier today at my residence, who in my opinion is a valued employee at Ocean State Air. He went over all the options with me, gave me his insights, made me feel comfortable and that i was a valued customer. In the end, it was the easiest understanding i had with his reviewing my options and his proposal.
