“Hello Craig, Your staff gave me your email address so that I could tell you how happy we are with the work that Vinnie, Anthony – and some others whose names I didn’t catch — completed last week, when they installed our ductless AC during some really sweltering, bug-filled days, working their buns off to get everything done according to plan.
Last week’s weather was so hot and humid, it was the reason we needed the mini splits, but the ceiling location of the one in the master bedroom was kind of a miracle – and wow – those guys were just amazing in how they worked out a Rubic’s Cube of an installation – through the attic to the ceiling then through my walk-in closet (where they carefully removed all the boxes, clothes, etc that had drifted in there over the past seven years!) and only then to the outside – just amazing!
I’m writing to you because I wanted to express my happiness with the finished AC and because I’m not a big fan of writing anything on google or yelp.
But you need to know those guys – even the guys from Town Electric who were sweating right alongside your team – were polite, cleaned up every little bit, wore those things over their shoes when inside the house – spectacular.
